Corporate users can now make LHDN Potongan Cukai Berjadual (PCB) payments via PB enterprise. PCB files can now be submitted electronically through PB enterprise along with online payments.

For a high degree of security, each payment is controlled using our Multi-Level Authorisation engine and SecureSign. Companies can designate specific personnel to execute that transaction and define transaction limits for further control.

To access the LHDN PCB function, all you have to do is:-

• Open a Current Account with Public Bank
• Apply for PB enterprise
• Designate the appropriate staff to execute payments, and purchase SecureSign
• If you are currently submitting PCB file using diskette, you can upload the file directly through PB enterprise
• However, if you are using the CP 39 form, you are able to generate a PCB file by using Microsoft Excel application provided from LHDN. Visit the LHDN website to download the application.

Corporate customers can now make their EPF contributions via PB enterprise. Contribution files ("Borang A") can now be submitted along with online payments easily and conveniently.

Authorisations for EPF contributions can be fully controlled by the corporate customer. Using our Multi-Level Authorisation engine, EPF contributions and other payments can only be executed by designated staff within the corporate customer's organisation, and up to any stipulated transaction limit. Multiple authorisation requirements are also allowed.

To access the EPF Contribution function, all you have to do is:-

• Open a Current Account with Public Bank
• Apply for PB enterprise
• Send a test EPF contribution data file for validation through PB enterprise
• Produce the EPF contribution data file according to the stipulated format.
• Upon receiving confirmation that the test contribution data file is in order, actual EPF
  contribution data files can be submitted along with payment instructions.

EPF contribution data files can be generated by the corporate customer's computerised payroll systems.

Corporate customers can now make their SOCSO contributions via PB enterprise. Contribution files ("Borang 8A") can now be submitted along with online payments easily and conveniently.

Authorisations for SOCSO contributions can be fully controlled by the corporate customer. Using our Multi-Level Authorisation engine, SOCSO contributions and other payments can only be executed by designated staff within the corporate customer's organisation, and up to any stipulated transaction limit. Multiple authorisation requirements are also allowed.

• Apply for PB enterprise
• Designate the appropriate staff to execute payments
• Produce the SOCSO contribution data file according to the stipulated format
• Upload the SOCSO contribution data file along with payment instructions.
