PB SecureSign

PB SecureSign is an easy and secured way to authenticate transactions by using biometric recognition or 6-digit SecurePIN. This feature will bind your device with your PB enterprise User ID for enhanced security. Only one of your registered device can be activated with PB SecureSign.

Transaction Cooling-Off

The transaction cooling-off period is a precautionary measure that allows us to review and access certain transactions that display characteristics of abnormal behaviour. This additional step is designed to minimise the risk of unauthorised transactions and potential fraudulent activities, to ensure the safety of your funds.

Kill Switch

The Kill Switch is a security feature that allows you to instantly suspend all financial transactions associated with your bank account(s) and commercial card(s) in the event of suspected fraud or scams.

What We Offer You

Account Management

You have real-time access to monitor and control the company cash flow for all your Current Accounts, Fixed Deposit Accounts, Cards, and Loan/Financing accounts.

Administration Management

You are given Administration access with full control over your company’s user maintenance without having to visit any of our branches, such as creating or editing access for Viewer and Maker roles, maintaining user profile and monitoring the user activities.

Note: This function is only available for Premium and Basic Package customers.

Approval Management

We understand the importance of Signing Authority. Therefore, we have introduced the following roles for a dual-control in verifying and authenticating the transactions to ensure a secure transaction process.

a. Viewer

Viewers perform account enquiry and non monetary transactions on assigned accounts, i.e. view account summary, view and download e statements / e-Invoices, and enquire cheque status.

b. Maker

Makers execute monetary and non-monetary transactions for assigned accounts and services (as mandated by the company).

c. Verifier (Optional)

Verifiers review and verify monetary and non monetary transactions without a SecureSign Token, before submitting to Authoriser for approval.

d. Authoriser

Authorisers approve all the monetary and non monetary transactions with a SecureSign Token.

e. Releaser (Optional)

Releasers approve monetary and non-monetary transactions without a SecureSign Token, releasing the transactions approved by Authoriser(s).

a. Fund Transfer

Easy and speedy transfer of funds within Public Bank and/or from Public Bank to any financial institutions or e-money issuers via the following transfer modes:

DuitNow Transfer (by Account / Proxy)
Interbank GIRO (IBG)
Real-Time Electronic Transfer of Funds and Securities (RENTAS)
Foreign Telegraphic Transfer (FTT)

b. Payments

You can efficiently manage your online bills, payments to billers via JomPAY and payments to Public Bank for loan / financing and cards.

c. Bulk Payment / Bulk Payroll

You can enjoy cost efficient and hassle-free way to process your payment to your suppliers or payroll to your employees in bulk.

d. Statutory Payment

Simple and easy way to consolidate and contribute your company’s statutory payment to statutory bodies such as Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Inland Revenue Board (IRB) and Social Security Organisation (SOCSO).

e. Reports

You can download all your transactions performed in PDF, TXT or CSV file formats and retrievable on a daily, weekly or monthly basis for your account settlement and reconciliation purposes.
