IMPORTANT NOTICE

Revision of Terms and Conditions Governing Deposit Accounts

With effect from 9 June 2025, the Terms and Conditions Governing Deposit Accounts will be revised to incorporate the following:-

Additional clauses under the ‘Right of Set-Off’ header to ensure that the Bank’s deposit products are streamlined.
New clauses under the ‘Mandate/Instruction’ provisions on the Bank’s liability on acting on the customer’s mandate/instruction.
Amended clause on the enablement of the Card-Not-Present (CNP) function for toll-related transactions for Public Bank’s Debit Cards.

The new/revised clauses will be incorporated into the following Terms and Conditions Governing Deposit Accounts, where applicable:-
